CLICK THE GREEN BUTTON FOR A VIDEO HONORING PASTOR JOHN

We begin this month by showing our "love "to this special family that sacrifices daily as a "Servant for our Lord."  Showing appreciation can be shown in many forms such as a text, card, phone call, gift card, or just a simple prayer to thank God for blessing our church with the Rogers Family.

Although we are always grateful for our pastor and his sweet family, this is a special month to really show how much we care and appreciate all the things they do for our church family. We love you Pastor John and family. heart

We will be honoring the Rogers family officially on Sunday October 29th! We will be having a special lunch after our worship service. (You will be contacted about things to bring)

news this week

Unfortunately, many were impacted by Hurricane Helene that recently passed through. The storm has caused damage to homes, workplaces, churches, and many people and areas are at a huge loss. Some lives have been taken, and people are missing throughout the states hit by the storm. There are several without power, food, and water.

A group from Mullins volunteered to carry supplies down to Asheville and neighboring areas, so RCBC pitched in and helped put food boxes, and hygiene bags together to send to those impacted from this devastating storm.

Marion Baptist Church has a drop off area for supplies at the Fellowship Hall Entrance only!

Items needed!

Diapers, Baby Formula, Baby wipes, Propane canisters, Empty Gas Cans, cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, New chain saw blades, batteries

Please add the victims of the storm to your prayer lists.  If you would like to help do something for those in need, contact Pastor John  or Mrs. Ginger for information.

Thanks to those who helped gather supplies, and to a few of our little mission friends for serving Jesus!
